What is the dress code for Cheltenham Races?
There is no official dress code at Cheltenham Races however ladies do often choose to wear hats. If you don’t fancy wearing a hat, then a fascinator will also be suitable. Men often wear smart suits and our limited editions gentleman’s hats finish off a smart outfit perfectly.
Cheltenham does have a unique look amongst the race meetings, mainly due to the unpredictable winter weather. When thinking about what to wear to the races it is worth considering the weather as it can be cold, windy and wet but equally there could be beautiful bright sunshine.

The Cheltenham Festival, presented by Magners, is held at Cheltenham Racecourse in the Cotswolds and runs from March 10th to March 13th. Spectators get to see 28 races overall and is marked to be the unmissable Jump racing event of the year.
